We ship DeadBlondeStars merchandise from the United Kingdom to customers around the world using Royal Mail and, where appropriate, other postal or delivery services.
1. Where We Ship
We currently offer delivery to UK / Europe / North America / Oceania / Rest of World.
Available destinations and delivery options are shown during checkout.
Some destinations may be unavailable because of postal restrictions, customs requirements or restrictions affecting particular products.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
- Delivery destination;
- Package weight;
- Package size; and
- Delivery service selected.
The delivery charge applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Orders containing pre-order products may be dispatched according to the expected release date shown on the relevant product page.
If an order contains both immediately available products and a pre-order product, we may hold the entire order until the pre-order product becomes available unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates rather than guarantees unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.
Delivery times can vary depending on destination and circumstances affecting postal services.
International deliveries may take longer than expected because of customs processing.
5. Royal Mail
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail services appropriate to the destination and package.
Once an order has been handed to the postal service, delivery is subject to the terms and operation of the relevant postal service.
Where a tracking service is used, tracking information will be provided where available.
6. Tracking
Where your selected delivery service provides tracking, tracking information may be provided by email or through your order details.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. International Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DeadBlondeStars has no control over the charges imposed by customs authorities and cannot predict their amount.
You are responsible for ensuring that goods ordered from our website can legally be imported into your country.
8. Customs Delays
International orders may be delayed while being processed by customs.
Customs processing is outside our control and may result in delivery taking longer than the estimated delivery timeframe.
9. Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because an address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or because a package was not collected, the package may be returned to us.
If the package is returned to us, please contact us so that we can determine the appropriate next step.
Additional postage may be payable if you request that a returned order is sent again, where permitted by law.
10. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived, please contact us.
We may need to wait for the applicable postal service investigation period to pass before treating an item as lost.
Where appropriate, we will work with the postal service to investigate the delivery.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by postal delays.
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs of the packaging and damaged product can be useful when investigating damage during transit.
12. Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, subject to your statutory rights.
